Arena Team: Reaching out to the the lost cowboys and cowgirls and to bring in the strays to hear God’s word through arena events is the mission of the Arena Team. The members of this team are responsible for the oversight, care, maintenance, and use of the arena. This team is very active in sponsoring events such as ropings, sortings, barrel races, play days, trail rides, and clinics.

All of our events require participation from all kinds of people. You don’t have to own a horse or even ride to be a part of the Arena Team. See the section on Arena Events to learn more about the different Arena Team events. Everyone is always welcome at any of our B3C Arena events.

Authentic Chuck Wagon:  We are all about gathering around the campfire with our cast iron pots and having good food, fellowship and music.  We almost always attract quiet a crowd at our gatherings.  We like to think of different menus and just set back and enjoy the cowboy way of life for a few hours.  All our cooking and meals are prepared with authentic chuck wagon techniques. We reach out to the community through serving food in a fun and traditional cowboy style.

Cook Shack Ministry: The purpose of the Chuck Wagon Team is to serve and provide meals at special events, arena competitions, and special church functions. With a smile, we serve up God’s love, and compassion as humble servants in His name with the food He has provided.

Children’s Ministry (Kids Korral):  Kids Korral is a church service designed just for kids ages 4 through completed 6th grade.  This service is modeled after our adult service.  It includes fellowship time,  worship through song; prayer, praise, and message.  The goal of this service is for children to be able to learn on their level in an atmosphere that is totally designed for them. We require background checks on everyone working in the children’s ministry area.  Join our team and help lead little lives to our savior, Jesus Christ!

Chuck Wagon Express Ministry: Chuck Wagon Express is a ministry that lends a helping hand when our fellow Christian’s and neighbors are in need of a home cooked meal. Whether it be because of illness, surgery, or a loss in the family we like to provide a meal, prayer, and hugs. Fellowship always go along with our meals so that no matter the reason, everyone knows they are loved and thought of.

Facilities Team: Keeping everything in our beautiful barn cleaned up and in good working order is the responsibility of the Facilities Team. This is truly a team with a place for anyone who wants to help. Although they are always looking for folks with building, trade or technical experience, all that is really needed is a willing spirit and helping hands.

Hospitality: Making everyone feel welcome when they visit B3C is the important ministry of this team. The Greeter’s Team includes  handing out bulletins, shaking hands, providing a friendly face to visitors, helping families get children to the right class, offering coffee and doughnuts, and helping folks find a seat.

Women’s Ministry:  The Women’s Ministry at Bull Creek is here to encourage women of all ages to have a deep personal relationship with Jesus Christ through prayer, bible study and fellowship.   We offer a variety of events and bible studies.

Men’s Ministry:  The Men’s Ministry is specifically here to minister to the men of our church and community.  We meet weekly for a devotional and bible study and have various activities throughout the year for you to enjoy. Along with a weekly bible study, we also meet for breakfast once a month. We encourage all men to get involved in the men’s ministry here at Bull Creek Cowboy Church.

Music Ministry: This team works hard to provide foot-stomping, hand-clapping, heart and Spirit filled music for worship and church events.  If you like to sing or play an instrument, join the B3C Music Ministry and come sing and play with us!  We meet on Wednesday nights at the Church for practice.  Come on by and see what we are all about!

Nursery Ministry:  “Tiny Blessings” and “Little Wranglers” are very dear to us and require an abundant amount of attention. Our little ones are always under close supervision.  We try very hard to establish the exact type of  policies any registered childcare center require to have.  Our staff consists of  church member volunteer’s who work with this age group on a daily basis.  Nursery services are available at the 10:30 am service only.
Parent volunteers are strongly encouraged.

Prayer Team Ministry: To glorify God by being a faithful servant of all that has been entrusted to us. The prayer team ministry is extremely important here at Bull Creek Cowboy Church.  Praying for those in need in our community and around the world.  Join up on the prayer team email list and instantly become active in the prayer team.

Promotions Ministry:  The promotions team provides resources to the church for promoting events and upcoming activities as well as posting weekly news briefings in local publications. If you like creating eye-catching flyers and powerpoint slides – we can use you at Bull Creek.

Small Group Ministry: Small groups were the essential building blocks of the first-century church, and they are the essential means to transcend the bigness of big churches today. If you have never been involved in a small group Bible study, we urge you to join us at Bull Creek Cowboy Church in a Small Group Bible Study. They devoted themselves to the Apostles teachings, and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer. Acts 2:44

Youth Ministry: Bull Creek youth meet every Wednesday night at 6:00 for a message, food, and various activities. We believe that Jesus is awesome and relevant!! We want to build a foundation that will last past high school and prevent this from being the last Christian generation.  The members of this team work to minister and teach the youth of the church. They also help in outreach to other youth in the cowboy culture of our community. Adult volunteers are an essential part of this ministry as well as youth volunteer leaders.   Join in and be part of this great ministry!
