Prayer Ministry

Prayer Ministry

My house shall be called a house of prayer.” Matthew 21:13

B3C’s Prayer Ministry is the cornerstone for all other ministries and programs in our church.  Prayer is commanded throughout the Bible.  Philippians 4:6 says, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”   Intercessory prayer focuses on the needs and concerns of others and is a Biblical priority.  1 Timothy 2:1 states, “Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men.”

How exciting to know that Our Father in Heaven longs to hear our voice and eagerly waits for us to commune with Him!  And what an honor and privilege to come before Him on behalf of our brothers and sisters who are hurting!  This ministry gives our members an organized way to pray for church family, staff, and people not only in Rains County but around the world.  Whether praying directly with our Leadership, receiving a card through the mail or getting an encouraging e-mail, lives are touched by this ministry.

If you have a prayer request or would like to have someone pray with you, please use the our Prayer Request form.  B3C’s Prayer Ministry has numerous volunteers who monitor the incoming requests and forwards them to our Prayer Warriors distribution list.  If you would like to join that list, please complete the form and we will get you added.

If you are a member of our church and would like to become a Prayer Ministry Volunteer, please contact us for further details.
